Altus Group Strengthens New Zealand Presence with agreement to Acquire All Traffic Management Services (ATMS)

Altus Group (Altus), Australia and New Zealand's largest traffic management provider, today announced it has executed documents to acquire 100% of the traffic division of All Traffic Management Services (ATMS), a leading traffic management company in Wellington New Zealand. This acquisition marks another key step in Altus's strategic expansion, following multiple successful acquisitions across ANZ.

ATMS has built an outstanding reputation for quality, reliability, and safety in the Wellington region since its establishment in 2008. Led by Haimz Leef and his family, the business is known for its exceptional team, great safety record, and strong customer partnerships. ATMS provides essential traffic management services across the regions largest infrastructure and maintenance contracts. Their strong culture and focus on their people make them a fantastic fit for the Altus Group, and we look forward to working with the ATMS team over the coming years to build upon the fantastic platform they have created.

To facilitate a seamless transition and drive future success, Altus will commit additional capital to expand the ATMS operating fleet, support the growth of their team and bring new digital technology to the New Zealand market to improve transparency and create a significant change in the safety or roadworkers across the country.

The transaction will combine the strengths and expertise of both organisations, enhancing service delivery for customers and reinforcing Altus's commitment to the New Zealand market. The acquisition will be formally completed on the 30th June with the system integrations to commence in July.
